The invention discloses a vehicle braking vacuum boosting system, a control system and a control method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking. The vehicle braking vacuum boosting system comprises a vacuum pump, a control valve, a vacuum tank, a three-way valve and a vacuum booster which are connected through a vacuum pipe. The control valve is arranged between the vacuum pump andthe vacuum tank and provided with a first outlet and a second outlet, and the first outlet is connected with the vacuum tank; the three-way valve is arranged between the vacuum tank and the vacuum booster; the three-way valve is also connected with the second outlet; and the control valve can open and close the first outlet and the second outlet respectively. When the vacuum boosting system leaks,a vacuum source is directly provided by the vacuum pump, so that the problem that the vacuum boosting effect of vehicle braking is influenced when pipeline connection is poor or a vacuum tank is poorin welding is solved, and the braking performance of a vehicle is improved; the vacuum pump is controlled to be started to work only when the vehicle is in the braking working condition, and the service life of the vacuum pump is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种车辆制动真空助力系统、控制系统及方法,涉及车辆制动技术领域。本发明的车辆制动真空助力系统包括通过真空管连接的真空泵、控制阀、真空罐、三通阀和真空助力器;控制阀设于真空泵与真空罐之间,控制阀具有第一出口和第二出口,第一出口与真空罐连接;三通阀设于真空罐与真空助力器之间,三通阀还与第二出口连接;控制阀能够分别打开和关闭第一出口和第二出口。本发明在真空助力系统出现泄漏时,直接由真空泵提供真空源,解决了在管路连接不良或者真空罐焊接不良时,影响车辆制动的真空助力效果的问题,有利于提升车辆的制动性能;本发明控制在车辆处于制动工况时,真空泵才启动工作,有利于延长真空泵的使用寿命。
