The invention provides a light-weight automobile rear storage box structure and a preparation process thereof. The light-weight automobile rear storage box structure comprises a storage box body. A space for placing articles is formed in the middle of the storage box body; the edge of the upper end of the storage box body is provided with a turnover edge extending outwards. A plurality of threaded holes are formed in the folding edge; an annular groove is formed in the lower end face of the folding edge. A sealing strip corresponding to the groove in structure is arranged in the groove; a plurality of embedded holes are formed in the lower end face of the storage box body. The storage box is light in structural design, light in weight, integrally formed and few in component, assembly procedures can be reduced, production efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile the cost of production molds can be reduced. In addition, the structure is optimized, and the device can be rapidly installed at the corresponding position of the automobile.

    本申请提出一种轻量化汽车后储物盒结构及其制备工艺,包括储物盒本体;所述储物盒本体中间处具有用于放置物品的空间;所述储物盒本体的上端边缘处设置有向外延伸的翻折边;所述翻折边上设置有若干个螺纹孔;所述翻折边的下端面处设置有环形的凹槽;所述凹槽内设置有与其结构相对应的密封条;所述储物盒本体的下端面处设置有若干个预埋孔。本申请中储物盒结构设计轻量化,重量较小,且一体成型,部件少,可以减少组装工序,提高生产效率,同时可降低生产模具费用。此外,本申请结构优化,能快捷安装到汽车的相应位置上。
