The invention relates to a canopy opening and closing control circuit, and belongs to the technical field of airplane electromechanical control. A canopy opening and closing control circuit based on a direct-current solid-state power controller comprises a power supply circuit, a conditioning circuit, an SSPC processor and an MOS tube. The power supply circuit is used for supplying power to the MOS tube; the conditioning circuit is used for receiving and conditioning an external discrete magnitude signal; the SSPC processor is used for receiving and processing the signal conditioned by the conditioning circuit, and outputting different control signals after judging an external signal according to preset control logic so as to realize on-off control of the MOS tube; and the MOS tube is used for realizing forward and reverse control functions of the canopy motor. The system has the following advantages: 1, a state real-time monitoring function; 2, an overcurrent protection function; 3, a short-circuit protection function; 4, the SSPC is capable of performing on-line programming; 5, function expansion is easy; and 6, the reliability is high.

    本发明涉及一种座舱盖启闭控制电路,属于飞机机电控制技术领域。一种基于直流固态功率控制器的座舱盖启闭控制电路,其包括电源电路、调理电路、SSPC处理器和MOS管;电源电路用于为MOS管供电;调理电路用于接收外部离散量信号并进行调理;SSPC处理器用于接收调理电路调理后的信号并进行处理,根据预置的控制逻辑对外部信号进行判断后,输出不同的控制信号,实现对MOS管的通断控制;MOS管用于实现座舱盖电机的正向和反向控制功能。本发明具有如下优点:1、状态实时监控功能;2、过流保护功能;3、短路保护功能;4、SSPC在线可编程;5、易于功能扩展;6、高可靠性。
