The invention relates to the technical field of wheel manufacturing, and discloses a manufacturing method of an ultrahigh-strength light-weight commercial vehicle steel wheel, the steel wheel comprises a rim and a spoke which are fixedly connected, and the manufacturing of the rim and the spoke comprises three stages of pre-forming, hot forming and wheel assembly; and the heating temperature for hot forming of the rim and the spoke is 880-930 DEG C. According to the scheme, an efficient hot forming process is adopted, the strength and the service performance of the wheel are remarkably improved, meanwhile, the weight of the steel wheel meeting the service performance of a commercial vehicle is only 27-28 KG, the weight of the steel wheel is remarkably reduced (compared with the weight of an existing steel wheel of 36-38 KG, the weight of the steel wheel is reduced by 8-10 KG), and therefore the overall weight of the wheel is reduced, light weight of the wheel is achieved, and energy conservation and emission reduction are remarkably achieved.

    本发明涉及车轮制造技术领域,公开了一种超高强度轻量化商用车钢制车轮的制造方法,所述钢制车轮包括固定连接的轮辋和轮辐,轮辋和轮辐的制造包括预成形、热成形和车轮总成三个阶段;所述轮辋和轮辐热成形的加热温度为880~930℃。本方案通过采用高效的热成形工艺,显著提升车轮的强度及服役性能,同时使得满足商用车服役性能的钢制车轮仅重27~28KG,显著减轻钢制车轮重量(与现有钢制车轮为36~38KG相比减重8~10KG),从而降低车轮整体重量、实现车轮的轻量化,进而显著节能减排。
