The wheel comprises a steel structure rim, an aluminum alloy structure spoke and a steel structure embedded part, and is characterized in that the aluminum alloy structure spoke and the steel structure embedded part are connected into a whole through a casting process, and the steel structure embedded part and the steel structure rim are welded and combined according to a universal welding mode of a steel wheel. On the basis of the combined mode, the steel structure rim, the aluminum alloy structure spoke and the steel structure embedded part are firmly combined together to form a new steel-aluminum structure wheel. And a plurality of circular and specially-shaped through holes or a plurality of grooves are machined in the connecting surface of the steel structure embedded partand the aluminum alloy structure spoke, so that the casting connecting strength of the steel structure embedded part and the aluminum alloy structure spoke is enhanced. Therefore, the novel steel-aluminum structure wheel has the advantages of being light in weight, high in performance, strong in bearing capacity, fast in heat dissipation, safe, reliable and attractive in appearance.
