The invention discloses a parking management man-machine intelligent interaction system and a parking management man-machine intelligent interaction method. The method comprises the following technology and method: a voice robot is installed on one side, close to a driver, of an access crossing of an unattended parking lot; the robot collects data of Internet of Things hardware such as a radar, a ground induction coil, geomagnetism, a gate machine, a monitoring camera and a license plate recognition camera in real time, senses whether on-site vehicles pass smoothly or not, and when the vehicles are blocked at the crossing, the vehicle identification information, the hardware equipment state, the charging information and the business handling condition of the vehicles are combined to determine whether the vehicles are blocked at the crossing. The robot guides the vehicle owner to operate through voice and can also solve the problem proposed by the vehicle owner, and the vehicle can smoothly pass through the crossing under the guidance of the robot. In this way, the parking time of the vehicle at the crossing can be shortened, the passing efficiency of the vehicle is effectively improved, and traffic jam at the crossing is actively avoided. And a small amount of complex problems exceeding the robot business category can be transferred to manual customer service, so that the labor cost of parking management service providers is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种停车管理人机智能交互的系统及方法,包括以下技术和方法:在无人值守停车场的出入道口,靠近驾驶员一侧安装语音机器人。机器人实时收集物联网硬件如雷达、地感线圈、地磁、闸机、监控摄像头、车牌识别摄像头的数据,感知现场车辆通行是否畅通,当车辆在道口受阻时,结合车辆身份标识信息、硬件设备状态、收费信息和该车的业务办理情况,机器人用语音引导车主操作,同时也可以解答车主提出的问题,车辆在机器人的引导下顺利通过道口。通过上述方式,本发明能够减少车辆在道口停留时长,有效提升车辆的通行效率,主动避免了车行道口拥堵。超出机器人业务范畴的少量复杂问题才会转接人工客服,降低了停车管理服务商的用工成本。
