The speed signal generation system is composed of upper computer software, a speed transmission workbench and a speed sensor, the upper computer software is provided with a man-machine interaction interface, information input by a user is converted into a control instruction, the control instruction is sent to a PLC of the speed transmission workbench, and the PLC controls a direct-current servo motor to move at the expected rotating speed and the rotating speed acceleration; the speed sensor is powered by the LKJ, and a generated speed signal is collected by the LKJ host; the speed transmission workbench can provide excitation signals for the photoelectric rotating speed sensor and the Hall rotating speed sensor at the same time. The speed signal generation system has the technical advantages that the speed signal generation system provides a real expected speed signal for the LKJ host, the requirement of an LKJ service function test for the speed is met, and meanwhile, the integration adaptability of the LKJ host and speed sensors of different manufacturers and different models can be fully tested.

    本发明的速度信号生成系统,其由由上位机软件、速传工作台和速度传感器构成,上位机软件具备人机交互界面,将用户输入的信息转化为控制指令发送给速传工作台的PLC控制器,由PLC控制器控制直流伺服电机以预期的转速和转速加速度运动;所述速度传感器由LKJ供电,所产生的速度信号由LKJ主机采集;所述速传工作台可同时为光电转速传感器和霍尔转速传感器提供激励信号。本发明的技术优势:所述速度信号生成系统向LKJ主机提供真实的预期速度信号,满足LKJ业务功能测试对速度的需求,同时,能够对LKJ主机与不同厂家、不同型号的速度传感器的集成适配性进行充分测试。
