The invention relates to a method for quickly mounting a support bracket on a tail shaft section of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship and the tail shaft section, which comprises the following steps of: 1, manufacturing a jig frame and constructing angle square lines on a horizontal base plane, and performing site construction by taking the height direction and the half width direction of a ship body at the central point of a tail shaft as two vertical angle square lines; 2, after the A sheet body and the B sheet body of the tail shaft segment are built respectively, the upper jig frame is folded to form the tail shaft segment; 3, determining theoretical data of bracket installation; 4, a new coordinate system is established with the center point hull height direction of the tail shaft as the X axis, the center point hull half width direction of the tail shaft as the Y axis and the vertical tail shaft hole as the Z axis, and the coordinate origin of the new coordinate system is aligned with the round hole; calculating the coordinate of the bracket in the new coordinate system by taking the coordinate of the circular hole as a reference; and 5, the bracket is mounted according to the mounting coordinates of the bracket. The bracket can be rapidly and accurately installed, it is guaranteed that the bracket is positioned and welded at a time, and the building efficiency of a ship is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船艉轴分段上支撑牛腿快速安装的方法及艉轴分段,包括:步骤1、在水平基面上进行胎架的制作和角尺线的施工,以艉轴的中心点船体高度方向和半宽方向为两条垂直的角尺线进行现场施工;步骤2、艉轴分段A片体和B片体分别建造后上胎架进行合拢形成艉轴分段;步骤3、确定牛腿安装的理论数据;步骤4、以艉轴的中心点船体高度方向为X轴、艉轴的中心点船体半宽方向为Y轴、垂直艉轴轴孔为Z轴建立新坐标系,新坐标的坐标原点对圆孔;以圆孔的坐标为基准对牛腿在新坐标系中的坐标进行计算;步骤5、按照牛腿的安装坐标对牛腿进行安装。本发明可实现牛腿的快速准确安装,保证牛腿一次完成定位和焊接,有效提升船舶的建造效率。
