The invention relates to the technical field of ship components, in particular to a stern shaft device and a ship, the stern shaft device comprises a stern tube, a stern shaft, a rolling bearing and a spline housing, the stern shaft rotationally penetrates through the stern tube, sealing units are arranged at the two ends of the stern tube respectively, the stern tube, the sealing units and the stern shaft define a closed space, the rolling bearing is installed in the closed space, and the spline housing is connected with the sealing units. And the rolling bearing is sleeved on the outer side wall of the tail shaft through the spline sleeve to support the tail shaft. The stern tube, the sealing unit and the stern shaft enclose the closed space, so that the rolling bearing mounted in the closed space can be protected and lubricated; the screw shaft is supported through the rolling bearing, and the requirement of a ship for the low-rotating-speed working condition can be met; the rolling bearing is arranged on the outer side wall of the tail shaft in a sleeving mode through the spline sleeve to support the tail shaft, the machining precision requirement of bearing installation for the positioning size of the tail shaft and the positioning size of the tail tube is greatly lowered, the degree of freedom of the tail shaft in the axial direction can be reserved, and the axial stress borne by a shaft system after a ship body deforms under the surge effect is eliminated.

    本发明涉及船舶部件技术领域,特别是涉及一种艉轴装置及船只,艉轴装置包括艉管、艉轴、滚动轴承和花键套,艉轴转动穿设于艉管,艉管的两端分别设置有密封单元,艉管、密封单元和艉轴围成密闭空间,滚动轴承安装于密闭空间内,滚动轴承通过花键套套设于艉轴的外侧壁以支撑艉轴。其有益效果在于:艉管、密封单元和艉轴围成密闭空间,有利于保护和润滑安装于密闭空间内的滚动轴承;利用滚动轴承支撑艉轴,本发明可以满足船舶对于低转速工况的需求;滚动轴承通过花键套套设于艉轴的外侧壁以支撑艉轴,大大降低了轴承安装对艉轴、艉管定位尺寸的加工精度要求,可以保留艉轴在轴向上的自由度,以消除受浪涌作用下船体发生形变后轴系所受的轴向应力。
