The invention belongs to the field of offshore wind power engineering, and particularly relates to a novel offshore wind and light comprehensive power generation device which comprises a floating platform, a wind generating set and a solar power generation module, and the wind generating set and the solar power generation module are arranged on the floating platform. The floating platform is further provided with a rotation driving mechanism used for driving the solar power generation module to rotate so that the solar power generation module can be switched back and forth between the unfolded state and the folded state. The retractable rotary solar power generation module is adopted, under the extreme sea condition, automatic retraction and rotation of the solar panel can be achieved, extra wind loads caused by the solar panel are reduced, and the overall economical efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于海上风电工程领域,具体涉及一种新型的海上风光综合发电装置,包括浮式平台和设置于浮式平台上的风力发电机组和太阳能发电模块,所述太阳能发电模块的一端与浮式平台转动连接,所述浮式平台上还设置用以驱动太阳能发电模块转动的转动驱动机构,以使太阳能发电模块在展开状态与收合状态之间来回切换的转动驱动机构。本发明采用申缩回转式太阳能发电模块,在极端海况下,可实现太阳板的自动回缩旋转,减少因太阳能板带来的额外风载荷提高了整体的经济性。
