To provide an offshore wind power generation device that does not cause a difficulty in operation of a generator by influence of wind or the like and does not cause obstruction of fishery or the like.SOLUTION: An offshore wind power generation device 1 includes: a floating body 3 that mounts a wind power generator 2 and floats on the sea; a vertical column body 4 that has a floating part and a weight part and floats in a raised posture under seawater SW; and a mooring cable 5 in which an upper end is connected to the vertical column body 4 and a lower end is moored to the bottom of the sea B. A vertical through-hole 3A is formed in the floating body 3 and the vertical column body 4 is inserted into the vertical through-hole 3A so as to travel vertically and freely. A vertical dimension H of the vertical column body 4 is set to 100 m or longer and 200 m or shorter. The mooring cable 5 comprises a first mooring rope 5A connected to a lower end 4C of the vertical column body 4 and a second mooring rope 5B connected to a vertical middle position of the vertical column body 4, and an anchor body 6 is mounted to a lower end of the mooring rope 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】風などの影響によって発電機に運転支障を生じさせることがなく、漁業の邪魔などを引き起こすこともない洋上風力発電装置を提供すること。【解決手段】洋上風力発電装置1は、風力発電機2を搭載して洋上に浮く浮体3と、浮き部および錘部を有していて海水SW中に起立姿勢で浮く竪柱体4と、上端が竪柱体4に繋がれるとともに下端が海底Bに係留される係留索5とを備えて成り、浮体3に上下貫通孔3Aが形成され、上下貫通孔3Aに竪柱体4が上下移動自在に挿通されているものである。竪柱体4の上下寸法Hは100m以上200m以下にされている。係留索5は、竪柱体4の下端部4Cに繋がれる第1係留索5Aと、竪柱体4の上下途中位置に繋がれる第2係留索5Bとから構成されていて、錨体6が係留索5の下端に取り付けられている。【選択図】図1
