The invention provides a railway crossing fence management control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: enabling an uplink detection end and a downlink detection end to be in one-to-one correspondence with a crossing site end according to an address list mapping relation, transmitting a first detection signal to the corresponding crossing site end after the uplink detection end and the downlink detection end detect that a train passes, and enabling the crossing site end to pop up a first interface at the moment, if the first interface is confirmed within the timing time, or the road sidewalk is detected to appear in the vehicle receiving area, representing that the road sidewalk exists in the field, and at the moment, performing field management control according to a field operation instruction issued by the road sidewalk; if the first interface is not confirmed within the timing time and no road sidewalk is detected to appear in the vehicle receiving area, it is indicated that no road sidewalk exists on site, and in order to complete site management, the remote server obtains the control right at the moment, a remote door closing instruction can be directly issued through the remote server, and the time is saved. The method can only confirm whether the road crossing member is on site, and guarantees the safety of the road crossing site and the safety of train driving.

    本发明提供一种铁路道口围栏管理控制方法及其系统,将上下行检测端与道口现场端按地址列表映射关系一一对应,当上下行检测端检测到有火车经过后,向对应的道口现场端发送第一检测信号,此时道口现场端会弹出第一界面,如果在计时时间内,第一界面被确认,或者检测到道口员出现在接车区域中,代表现场有道口员,此时现场的管理控制按道口员下达的现场操作指令执行;如果在计时时间内,第一界面没有得到确认,且没有检测到道口员出现在接车区域中,则代表现场无道口员,为了完成现场的管理,此时远程服务端取得控制权,通过远程服务端可直接下达远程的关门指令,本发明可只能确认道口员是否在现场,保证了道口现场的安全和火车行驶的安全。
