The invention discloses an early-warning double-power-grid detection railway fence of a railway crossing and a using method thereof. Before a train passes through the fence, information that the trainis about to arrive is sent to the railway fence, the railway crossing is blocked by the railway fence according to the received information, and when a blocking rod of the railway fence cannot be opened and closed accurately, the 5G communication technology is used for sending gear lever error information to the dispatching center, the dispatching center sends corresponding error information to workers to request the related workers to go to process, the accuracy of the railway fence is improved, the safety of the railway crossing is improved, meanwhile, the damping mechanism supports the gear lever, and the safety of the railway crossing is improved. Furthermore, a damping mechanism supports the blocking rod. The problem that the railway fence cannot normally perform early warning blocking work due to the fact that the brake device is damaged and fails due to the fact that the stop lever causes large pressure burden on the brake device is solved, normal work of the railway fence is guaranteed, the service life of the brake device and the service life of driving equipment are prolonged, and the requirements of users are met.

    本发明公开了一种铁路道口的提前预警双电网检测铁路栅栏及其使用方法,列车在经过栅栏前即向铁路栅栏发送列车即将到达的信息,铁路栅栏根据接收到的信息拦住铁路道口,当铁路栅栏的档杆不能够准确的开合,利用5G通讯技术向调度中心发送档杆出错的信息,由调度中心向工作人员发送相应的错误信息,请求相关工作人员前往处理,提高铁路栅栏的准确性,提高铁路道口的安全性,同时,减震机构还对挡杆进行支撑,解决了挡杆对制动装置造成较大压力负担,从而导致制动装置损坏失灵,使得铁路栅栏无法正常的进行预警阻挡工作的问题,保证了铁路栅栏的正常工作,提高了制动装置和驱动设备的使用寿命,满足使用者的需求。
