The invention relates to a simplified pure electric vehicle thermal management system and method with waste heat recovery, and the system comprises a built-in refrigerant circulation structure which comprises an air blower, a high-voltage PTC electric heater, and a compressor, an evaporator and an inner condenser which are disposed on a refrigerant circulation pipeline. The external heat exchanger is connected to the refrigerant circulating pipeline in parallel through a heat exchange pipeline; the water path circulating structure is connected in series between the built-in refrigerant circulating structure and the external heat exchanger, is connected in series with water path circulating pipes of the motor and the battery, and is used for recovering waste heat so as to realize cooling and heat dissipation of the motor and the battery. Waste heat of the battery and the electrodes is recycled through the water path circulation structure, high-efficiency heat exchange can be achieved under refrigeration and multiple heating modes of the built-in refrigerant circulation structure, and the application prospect is high.

    本发明涉及精简型带余热回收的纯电动汽车热管理系统及方法,包括内置冷媒循环结构,内置冷媒循环结构包括鼓风机、高电压PTC电加热器以及设于冷媒循环管路上的压缩机、蒸发器及内冷凝器,还包括通过换热管道并联在冷媒循环管路上的外换热器;以及串联在内置冷媒循环结构及外换热器之间的水路循环结构,所述水路循环结构与电机及电池的水路循环管相串联,用于余热回收从而实现对电机及电池的冷却散热。本发明通过水路循环结构回收电池及电极的余热,且在内置冷媒循环结构的制冷及多种制热模式下均能够实现高效率热交换,应用前景高。
