The invention discloses a method for estimating internal resistance of a battery through big data, and relates to the technical field of battery packs. Dividing the operation data into a plurality of intervals according to the SOC of the battery; respectively calculating a current standard deviation and a voltage standard deviation of each interval according to the operation data in each interval; and respectively calculating the internal resistance of the battery in each interval according to the current standard deviation and the voltage standard deviation of each interval. The internal resistance of the battery is comprehensively calculated by using a large amount of operation data of the battery within a period of time, the problem of battery internal resistance calculation error caused by asynchronous sampling or sampling error of single data is avoided, and the internal resistance of the battery is calculated by using adjacent batch data, namely data in one interval, by using the characteristic that the internal resistance of the battery cannot be suddenly changed. And the result is more reliable. The calculation of the internal resistance of the battery in each interval provides a good data support for subsequent judgment of an abnormal battery.

    本发明公开了一种大数据估算电池内阻的方法,涉及电池包技术领域,获取电池一段时间内的运行数据;根据电池的SOC,将运行数据划分为若干个区间;根据各个区间内的运行数据,分别计算各个区间的电流标准差和电压标准差;根据各个区间的电流标准差和电压标准差,分别计算电池在各个区间的内阻。本发明使用电池一段时间内的大量运行数据综合计算电池内阻,避免了单条数据采样不同步或采样误差等导致的电池内阻计算错误问题,利用电池内阻不能突变的特点,使用相邻的批量数据即一个区间内数据的计算电池内阻,结果更加可靠。本发明计算电池在各个区间的内阻为后续判断异常电池提供了良好的数据支撑。
