To quickly increase the estimated value of determinate internal resistance in abreast with a rapid increase in the calculated value of a battery's internal resistance due to the separation of a member from a battery terminal or loosening of connection between the battery terminal and the member.SOLUTION: An internal resistance estimating device 1 includes: a calculation unit 121 for calculating the internal resistance of a battery B from a current flowing in the battery B and the voltage of the battery B; and an estimation unit 122 for adding together the value derived by multiplying the internal resistance calculated this time by the calculation unit 121 by a first reflection coefficient and the value derived by multiplying the determinate internal resistance having been estimated by the previous time by a second reflection coefficient determined in accordance with the first reflection coefficient and estimating the latest determinate internal resistance. The estimation unit 122 uses a first value for the first reflection coefficient when a difference between the internal resistance calculated this time by the calculation unit 121 and the determinate internal resistance estimated by the previous time is greater than or equal to a first threshold, and uses a second value larger than the first value for the first reflection coefficient when the difference is larger than the first threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電池の端子から部材が外れたり、電池の端子と部材との接続が緩んだりすることによる、電池の内部抵抗の算出値の急な増加に伴って確定内部抵抗の推定値も急に増加させる。【解決手段】電池Bに流れる電流及び電池Bの電圧から電池Bの内部抵抗を算出する算出部121と、算出部121により今回算出された内部抵抗に第1反映係数を乗算した値と、前回までに推定した確定内部抵抗に第1反映係数に応じて決定される第2反映係数を乗算した値とを加算して今回の確定内部抵抗を推定する推定部122とを備えて内部抵抗推定装置1を構成し、推定部122は、算出部121により今回算出された内部抵抗と、前回までに推定した確定内部抵抗との差が第1の閾値以上である場合、第1反映係数を第1の値とし、差が第1の閾値よりも大きい場合、第1反映係数を第1の値よりも大きい第2の値とする。【選択図】図1
