The invention relates to a load self-balancing swing compensation offshore operation crane which comprises a base unit, a rotary platform, a swing platform, a tower body, a suspension arm, a flexible cable, a pulley block and a hoisting winch, the base unit is rotationally connected with the rotary platform, the swing platform is arranged on the rotary platform, the tower body is arranged on the swing platform, and the hoisting winch is arranged on the swing platform. The front side and the two sides of the tower body are provided with a tower body in-plane swing linear driver and a tower body out-plane swing linear driver respectively, the suspension arm is rotationally connected with the tower body, a suspension arm in-plane pitching linear driver is arranged between the suspension arm and the tower body, the first end of the flexible cable is connected with the front end of the suspension arm, and the second end of the flexible cable is connected with the rear end of the suspension arm. And the second end of the flexible cable sequentially bypasses the lifting hook of the lifting arm, the front-end pulley of the lifting arm and the plurality of groups of pulley blocks to be connected with the hoisting winch. The influence of storm surge on the ship can be greatly compensated by adopting a series-parallel mechanism, meanwhile, the stress of each linear driver is reduced by arranging a plurality of pulley blocks, and the device has the advantages of being compact in structure, high in integration degree and large in compensation range.

    本发明涉及一种负载自平衡摇摆补偿海上作业克令吊,其包括基座单元、回转平台、摇摆平台、塔身、吊臂、柔索、滑轮组和吊重提升绞车,基座单元与回转平台之间转动连接,摇摆平台设于回转平台上,塔身设于摇摆平台上,且塔身的前侧以及两侧分别设有塔身面内摇摆直线驱动器以及塔身面外摇摆直线驱动器,吊臂与塔身转动连接,且吊臂与塔身之间设有吊臂面内俯仰直线驱动器,柔索的第一端与吊臂的前端连接,且柔索的第二端依次绕过吊臂的吊钩、吊臂前端滑轮以及多组滑轮组与吊重提升绞车连接。本发明采用串并混联机构能大幅度补偿风浪涌对船舶的影响,同时通过设置多组滑轮组,有利于减轻各直线驱动器的受力,具有结构紧凑、集成度高、补偿范围大优点。
