A motor unit according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a motor having a motor shaft extending along a motor axis; the gear part is connected with one axial side of the motor; a housing main body provided with a driving body accommodating space for accommodating the motor and the gear part; and a shaft holding part disposed in the drive body housing space. The housing main body has an opening that exposes the drive body housing space on one side in the axial direction. The motor shaft is a hollow shaft. The gear part is provided with an output shaft, a part of the output shaft is arranged in the motor shaft, and the output shaft rotates around the motor axis; and a plurality of gears transmitting power from the motor shaft to the output shaft. The shaft holding part is provided with a first bearing, and the first bearing is located between the motor and the gear part in the axial direction and supports the motor shaft.
