The invention provides an illegal recognition method and system for an electric bicycle and computer equipment, and the method comprises the steps: precisely collecting the driving track information of a corresponding electric bicycle through the positioning function of an NB-IoT chip; then, obtaining a reverse driving discrimination factor, an illegal road occupying driving discrimination factor and an expressway driving discrimination factor of the electric bicycle by means of a high-precision map technology; and finally, according to the reverse driving judgment factor, the illegal road-occupying driving judgment factor and the expressway driving judgment factor, judging whether the electric bicycle is driven in the reverse direction, the illegal road-occupying driving or the expressway. According to the method, on-site evidence obtaining is not needed, data collection is simple and convenient, and meanwhile the accuracy of electric bicycle traffic illegal behavior recognition is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种电动自行车的违法识别方法、系统及计算机设备,该方法利用NB‑IoT芯片的定位功能,精准采集到相应电动自行车的行驶轨迹信息,然后依托高精地图技术获得电动自行车的逆向行驶判别因子、违法占道行驶判别因子以及驶入高速公路判别因子;最后根据逆向行驶判别因子、违法占道行驶判别因子以及驶入高速公路判别因子,判断电动自行车是否逆向行驶、违法占道行驶或者驶入高速公路。该方法无需到现场取证,数据采集简便,同时保证了电动自行车交通违法行为识别的准确性。
