The invention discloses a mechanism for releasing an aircraft load, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts. The device comprises a push rod cylinder, a push rod, a sleeve, a bottom screw, an electric pin puller, a cushion, a spring and a steel sleeve, the electric pin puller serves as an unlocking device to be installed on the push rod cylinder, the spring serves as a power source to be installed on the push rod, one end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the sleeve, and the other end penetrates through a second center hole in the push rod cylinder to be connected with the bottom screw. After the sleeve compresses the spring, the sleeve is limited through a pin shaft on the electric pin puller, during releasing, the electric pin puller relieves limiting of the sleeve through the pin pulling action, and the spring drives the load to be released through the push rod. The spring is adopted as a power source, the load is released in a limited space in an unlocking mode through the electric pin puller, the releasing impact is small, the synchronism is high, the consistency is good, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to assemble, low in cost, capable of being repeatedly used and the like.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞行器载荷释放的机构,属于飞行器技术领域;其包括推杆筒、推杆、套筒、底螺、电拔销器、缓冲垫、弹簧、钢套;电拔销器作为解锁装置安装在推杆筒上,弹簧作为动力源安装在推杆上,推杆一端与套筒固定连接,另一端穿过推杆筒上第二中心孔与底螺连接;套筒对弹簧压缩后通过电拔销器上的销轴对套筒进行限位,释放时电拔销器通过拔销动作对套筒解除限位,弹簧通过推杆驱动载荷释放。本发明采用弹簧为动力源、通过电拔销器解锁的方式在有限的空间内对载荷进行释放,释放的冲击小、同步性高、一致性好,且具有结构简单、装配容易、成本较低、可重复使用等优点。
