The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber processing, and particularly relates to an ultra-wear-resistant low-rolling-resistance tread rubber formula which comprises raw materials and auxiliary materials. The raw materials comprise, by weight, 20 to 30 g of butadiene rubber, 10 to 12 g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 14 to 16 g of water-borne epoxy resin, 10 to 12 g of high-alumina cement, 14 to 16 g of polyurethane resin, 4 to 6 g of glass flake, 6 to 8 g of fluorine modified siloxane, 7 to 9 g of a solid silane coupling agent, 3 to 5 g of rosin, 4 to 6 g of mica, 7 to 9 g of stearic acid, 1 to 3 g of microcrystalline wax, and 2 to 5 g of a resistance reducing material. The auxiliary materials comprise, by weight, 4-6 g of a reinforcing agent, 6-8 g of an anti-aging agent, 5-7 g of a plasticizer, 3-5 g of an accelerant, 1-3 g of an active agent, 6-8 g of a flame retardant and 2-4 g of a temperature-resistant agent.The silicon dioxide, the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and the styrene thermoplastic elastomer are mixed to prepare the resistance-reducing material, and the problem that rolling resistance of existing tread rubber is still large is solved; the resistance reducing material is added into the formula of the tread rubber, so that the tread rubber has certain wet skid resistance while the rolling resistance of the tread rubber is reduced.

    本发明公开的属于橡胶加工技术领域,具体为一种超耐磨低滚阻胎面胶配方,包括原料和辅料,所述原料按重量计包括:顺丁橡胶20g‑30g、三元乙丙橡胶10g‑12g、水性环氧树脂14g‑16g、高铝水泥10g‑12g、聚氨酯树脂14g‑16g、玻璃鳞片4g‑6g、氟改性硅氧烷6g‑8g、固体硅烷偶联剂7g‑9g、松香3g‑5g、云母4g‑6g、硬脂酸7g‑9g、微晶蜡1g‑3g、降阻材料2g‑5g,所述辅料按重量计包括:补强剂4g‑6g、防老剂6g‑8g、增塑剂5g‑7g、促进剂3g‑5g、活性剂1g‑3g、阻燃剂6g‑8g、耐温剂2g‑4g,本发明通过将二氧化硅、溶聚丁苯橡胶和苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体混合制成降阻材料,具有解决目前的胎面胶其滚动阻力仍存在较大的问题,通过在胎面胶配方中添加降阻材料,具有在降低胎面胶滚动阻力的同时,还会使胎面胶具有一定的抗湿滑性。
