If a vehicle travels through a station in the engine restriction area and a station outside the engine restriction area due to a get-on request or get-off request from a user, it is predicted whether an SOC amount of a battery (3) will become less than a set value during traveling within the engine restriction area. A route sequence is suggested that does not cause the SOC amount of the battery (3) to become less than a set value during travel in the engine-restricted area.
