The invention belongs to the field of wind power, and particularly relates to a jacking device for an offshore wind power operation and maintenance ship with parts convenient to replace, the jacking device comprises a buffer jacking body and a clamping damping assembly, the buffer jacking body is used for jacking, and the clamping damping assembly is installed on a bow of the operation and maintenance ship in a matched mode and used for being detachably connected with the buffer jacking body. A hydraulic clamping and fixing mode is adopted, and compared with a traditional bolt fixing mode, the mounting and dismounting efficiency is improved.
