The invention discloses a bow abutting device of a wind power operation and maintenance ship and relates to the field of ships. The abutting device is installed on the whole bow of the ship. The abutting device is composed of a macromolecule EVA core material layer, a cord fabric covering layer and a polyurethane material layer. The macromolecular EVA core material layer is the innermost layer ofthe abutting device and wrapped with polyurethane and a cord fabric material; the cord fabric covering layer is a middle layer and comprises at least one layer of cord fabric layer; the cord fabric layers are connected through a cord fabric glue layer to form a cord fabric covering layer, and the cord fabric covering layer is connected to the outer surface of the macromolecule EVA core material layer through the cord fabric glue layer; and the polyurethane material layer is the outermost layer and is directly sprayed on the outer surface of the cord fabric covering layer. The device has high-strength impact elasticity, is safe and durable, and can still ensure that a ship normally abuts against a wind tower for operation under severe sea conditions. It is ensured that a ship reliably abutsagainst an offshore booster station and a draught fan pile foundation under the surge sea condition of 0-3 m, and operation and maintenance personnel can safely and stably get on and off the offshorebooster station and the draught fan.
