The invention discloses an aircraft empennage control surface actuator connector connecting structure which comprises a control surface box section and an actuator connecting piece, a cavity is formed in the control surface box section, the control surface box section is provided with a front beam, and the front beam is provided with an insertion opening communicated with the cavity. The actuator connecting piece penetrates through the insertion opening and is provided with an inner piece located in the cavity and an outer piece located outside the cavity, the outer piece is fixedly connected with the front beam, and the inner piece is connected with the control surface box section. According to the aircraft empennage control surface actuator connector connecting structure, the actuator connecting piece can be inserted into the control surface box section and is connected with the control surface box section, a traditional connecting structure of the actuator connector and the control surface box section is changed, the actuator connecting piece is connected with the front beam and extends to the control surface box section to be connected with other parts, and the connecting structure is simple and convenient to use. The transmission path of the control surface control load is changed, so that the concentrated load is diffused to the surrounding structure more uniformly, the design of the structural layer of the area can be changed, the structural efficiency is improved, the structural weight is reduced, and the difficulty of the manufacturing process is reduced.

    本申请公开一种飞机尾翼舵面作动器接头连接结构,包括:舵面盒段和作动器连接件,舵面盒段内部具有空腔,舵面盒段具有前梁,前梁具有连通空腔的插入口。作动器连接件贯穿插入口设置,作动器连接件具有位于空腔内的内部件和位于空腔外部的外部件,外部件和前梁连接固定,内部件和舵面盒段相连接。本申请的飞机尾翼舵面作动器接头连接结构的作动器连接件能够插入于舵面盒段内部,并连接舵面盒段,改变了传统的作动器接头与舵面盒段的连接结构,作动器连接件既与前梁连接,又延伸至舵面盒段和其他部位连接,改变舵面操纵载荷的传递路径,使得集中载荷向周围结构的扩散更均布,进而可改变该区域结构铺层的设计,提高结构效率,减轻结构重量,降低制造工艺难度。
