The hoisting system comprises a winch and a steel support, a supporting plate is connected to the steel support, a sliding hole is formed in the supporting plate, bearing seats are connected to the two ends of the supporting plate, lead screws are rotatably connected to the bearing seats, a gear motor is arranged at one end of the supporting plate, and the output end of the gear motor is connected with the lead screws; a sliding seat is in threaded connection with the lead screw, a first sliding block is connected to the bottom face of the sliding seat and slidably connected into the sliding hole, an adapter plate is connected to the bottom face of the first sliding block, a first guide wheel is connected to the adapter plate, a second guide wheel is connected to the bottom face of the supporting plate, and a steel rope on the winch bypasses the second guide wheel and the first guide wheel and then is connected with a hanging basket. And a discharging mechanism for pushing out the glass fiber reinforced plastics from any side of the hanging basket is arranged in the hanging basket. The method is suitable for hoisting the glass fiber reinforced plastic inner cylinder through the chimney top steel structure hoisting system, the glass fiber reinforced plastic inner cylinder is prevented from entering the chimney from the chimney bottom flue opening, the construction period is shortened, and waste is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种玻璃钢筒体烟囱施工用吊装系统,包括设卷扬机、钢支架,钢支架上连接有支撑板,支撑板上开设有滑孔,支撑板的两端连接有轴承座,轴承座上可转动连接有丝杆,支撑板一端设有减速电机,减速电机的输出端与丝杆连接,丝杆上螺纹连接有滑座,滑座的底面连接有第一滑块,第一滑块滑动连接于滑孔内,第一滑块的底面连接有转接板,转接板上连接有第一引导轮,支撑板的底面连接有第二引导轮,卷扬机上的钢绳绕过第二引导轮、第一引导轮后连接有吊篮,吊篮内设有将玻璃钢从吊篮任意一侧推出的下料机构。本发明适合先通过烟囱顶部钢结构吊装系统进行玻璃钢内筒吊装,避免玻璃钢内筒从烟囱底部烟道开口进入烟囱,降低了工期,减少了浪费。
