The invention provides a construction method of a glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that a frame is assembled, and namely, a line is drawn in a water collecting tank so as to locate a plurality of mounting lines; a plurality of stand columns are assembled into a plurality of sheet structures on the ground so as to form a plurality of vertical sheets; the plurality of vertical sheets are vertically hoisted into the water collecting tank corresponding to the mounting lines by adopting a crane; the crane comprises a balance beam, aplurality of lifting lugs used for being connected with the vertical sheets are arranged on the balance beam, and every two adjacent lifting lugs are spaced by two meters; the plurality of vertical sheets in the water collecting tank are transversely and fixedly connected so as to form the frame; an internal structure of the frame is assembled, internal components are installed to the interior ofthe frame; the internal components comprise inner baffle plates, and the internal components are installed into the interior of the frame, the assembling of the internal structure of the frame comprises the steps that a springboard is erected, and the inner baffle plates are installed in cooperation with an elevator transportation, and assembling of the external structure of the frame comprises the steps that exterior wall panels are assembled to the outer surface of the frame and louvers are assembled to the outer surface of the frame. The method can effectively guarantee the construction quality and improve the construction efficiency.

    本申请提供一种玻璃钢冷却塔的施工方法,该方法依次包括:框架的组装,包括在集水池内画线以定位出多个安装线;将多个立柱在地面组装成多个片状结构以形成多个立片;采用吊车将多个立片对应安装线竖直吊装至集水池内;吊车包括平衡梁,平衡梁上设置有多个用于连接立片的吊耳,相邻吊耳之间相隔两米;将集水池内的多个立片之间横向固定连接以形成框架;框架的内部结构的组装,将内部组件安装到框架的内部;内部组件包括内挡板,将内部组件安装到框架的内部包括采用搭设跳板并配合升降机运输的方式安装内挡板;框架的外部结构的组装包括将外墙板组装到框架的外表面以及将百叶窗组装到框架的外表面。该方法可有效保证施工质量,并可提高施工效率。
