The invention discloses an integral hoisting method and hoisting tool suitable for a large glass fiber reinforced plastic tower. Comprising the steps that the structure, the size and the preset hoisting position of a hoisting tool are determined according to the peripheral size, the overall weight and local components of the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower; according to the details of the connecting part of the hoisting tool and the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower, the binding form of the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower and the hoisting tool is determined; carrying out finite element modeling analysis on the hoisting tool to calculate the feasibility of the structure and the size of the hoisting tool, and adjusting the structure and the size of the hoisting tool according to a calculation result; finite element modeling analysis is conducted on the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower, when the stress condition and the deformation condition of the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower are both within the set range, the glass fiber reinforced plastic tower is hoisted through the hoisting tool, and therefore the purpose that the whole large glass fiber reinforced plastic tower can be hoisted is achieved, sectional type hoisting is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. The on-site docking workload and the labor cost are reduced, and the practicability and the operability are high.

    本发明公开了一种适用于大型玻璃钢塔器的整体吊装方法及吊装工装。包括:根据玻璃钢塔器的外围尺寸、整体重量和局部构件确定吊装工装的结构、尺寸和预设吊装位置;根据吊装工装与玻璃钢塔器的连接部位细节,确定玻璃钢塔器与吊装工装的绑定形式;对吊装工装进行有限元建模分析,以计算其结构及尺寸的可行性,并根据计算结果调整所述吊装工装的结构和尺寸;对玻璃钢塔器进行有限元建模分析,当玻璃钢塔器的受力情况以及变形情况均处于设定范围内时,通过吊装工装来对所述玻璃钢塔器进行吊装,从而实现了能对大型玻璃钢塔器整体进行吊装的目的,避免了分段式吊装,减少现场对接工作量和人工成本,实用性和可操作性强。
