The invention provides an elevator frequency converter speed ring PI parameter self-learning method, a medium and a frequency converter. Controlling to switch speed control from a speed closed-loop control mode to a 0-speed control mode until the speed of the motor traction wheel reaches a 0-speed steady state; s4, completing self-learning when the number of iterations is reached; if the number of iterations is not reached, repeating the step S3; and S5, finding the minimum KPn and KIn at the same time, and setting the minimum KPn and KIn as control parameters.

    本发明提供了一种电梯变频器速度环PI参数自学习方法、介质及变频器,包括步骤:S1、控制电梯进入抱闸;S2、将电梯速度控制从速度闭环控制模式切换为0速控制模式,至电机曳引轮速度达到0速稳态;S3、控制电梯速度控制从0速控制模式切换为速度闭环控制模式,向电梯发出自学习速度指令,一个指令结束后,控制速度控制从速度闭环控制模式切换为0速控制模式,至电机曳引轮速度达到0速稳态,切换至下一个指令至完成全部指令,控制将速度控制从速度闭环控制模式切换为0速控制模式,至电机曳引轮速度达到0速稳态;S4、到达迭代次数,完成自学习;没达到迭代次数,重复步骤S3;S5、找到同时最小的KPn和KIn,并设为控制参数,本发明能提高生产效率。
