The whole vehicle control unit judges the activation condition of the sliding energy recovery torque calculation when the vehicle is in the sliding state; the whole vehicle control unit determines whether to activate the sliding energy recovery torque calculation or not according to the key switch state, the handle position, the accelerator pedal opening degree, the brake pedal opening degree and the sliding energy feedback forbidding function request input signal; s2, a sliding energy recovery torque factor is calculated, specifically, the vehicle control unit determines the sliding energy recovery torque factor in the sliding state according to a fuzzy control system; and S3, the sliding energy recovery torque is obtained, specifically, the whole vehicle control unit obtains the sliding energy recovery torque by looking up a sliding energy recovery torque two-dimensional table according to the sliding energy recovery torque factor and the set sliding energy feedback intensity grade.
