The invention discloses a non-metal composite material heat preservation carriage which comprises an inner fiber layer and an outer fiber layer, the inner fiber layer and the outer fiber layer are both formed by integrally winding fibers soaked with resin, and a framework layer and a heat preservation layer are arranged between the inner fiber layer and the outer fiber layer. The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a non-metal composite heat-preservation carriage. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: spraying demolding wax on a carriage mold, and spraying a gel coat; the gel coat is cured to 80%, and the glass fiber yarn soaked with the resin is wound around the whole mold in a crossed mode; after the resin is cured, finishing and flattening; the square pipe is placed on the inner fiber layer and bonded through resin; thermal insulation materials are filled among the square pipes and are bonded by polyurethane glue; winding glass fiber yarns infiltrated with resin to form an outer fiber layer; when the resin is cured to 80%, finishing the outer surface, and spraying a layer of gel coat; and after complete curing, demolding. The compartment is designed to be of a layered structure, the inner fiber layer and the outer fiber layer are integrally formed through winding of glass fiber yarn, the structure is more compact, leakage-proof performance is good, heat preservation performance is good, the manufacturing process is simple, mass is light, and strength is high.

    本发明公开了一种非金属复合材料保温车厢,包括内纤维层和外纤维层,内外纤维层均由浸润着树脂的纤维一体缠绕成型,内外纤维层之间设置有骨架层和保温层。一种非金属复合材料保温车厢制造方法,包括以下步骤:在车厢模具上打脱模腊,喷涂胶衣;胶衣固化至80%,将浸润着树脂的玻璃纤维纱交叉缠绕整个模具;树脂固化后,修整平整;将方形管放在内纤维层上用树脂粘接;将保温材料填充到方形管间用聚氨酯胶粘接;缠绕浸润着树脂的玻璃纤维纱构成外纤维层;树脂固化至80%时,修整外表面,喷一层胶衣;完全固化后,脱模。将车厢设计成层状结构,内外纤维层通过玻璃纤维纱缠绕一体成型,结构更加紧密,防漏性好,保温性好,制作工艺简单,质量轻强度高。
