The invention discloses a heat insulation carriage and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat insulation carriage comprises an outer carriage body, a framework, connecting bolts and an end plate. Anopening is formed in one end of the outer carriage body, and first bolt holes are formed in the inner circumferential wall of the outer carriage body. The framework is provided with a second bolt hole, and an inner skin is attached to the inner wall of the framework; one end of the main frame is connected with the inner side wall of the end, away from the opening, of the outer compartment body through an end support and a heat insulation bridge, the other end of the main frame is flush with the opening end of the outer carriage body, and a heat insulation cavity is formed between the framework and the outer carriage body and filled with heat insulation materials. The end plate covers the end, close to the opening, of the heat insulation cavity, and the connecting bolt penetrates through the second bolt hole and extends into the first bolt hole. The carriage is not provided with a fragile connecting mechanism, the overall structural strength is high, and cold leakage and water leakageare not likely to happen. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the heat insulation carriage, the layered filling technology is adopted, construction is convenient, large holes canbe effectively prevented from being generated, large clamps are not needed, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种隔热车厢及其制造方法,包括外厢体、骨架、连接螺栓和端板;外厢体的一端设有开口,外厢体的内周壁上设有第一螺栓孔;骨架设有第二螺栓孔,骨架内壁贴附有内蒙皮;主架的一端通过端部支架和断热桥与外厢体远离开口一端的内侧壁连接,主架的另一端与外厢体的开口端齐平,骨架与外厢体之间设有隔热腔,隔热腔内填充有隔热材料;端板盖设于隔热腔靠近开口的一端,连接螺栓穿过第二螺栓孔并伸入第一螺栓孔内。本发明的车厢不存在脆弱的连接机构,整体结构强度大,不容易漏冷和漏水。本发明还提供了隔热车厢的制造方法,采用分层填充技术,施工方便,可以有效避免产生大的空洞,无需大型夹具,提高了生产效率。
