According to the invention, the state information of the real-time service point facility, the front road condition information, the direction of the high-speed crossroad and the predicted passing time are provided for the current passing vehicle in a customized manner according to the historical passing data, so that a target customer can make a better decision, and does not need to obtain the information through an erected portal frame after passing through a toll lane. The traffic efficiency can be improved to a certain extent, the quasi-free flow of vehicle charging is realized, and the digital large screen operation is very convenient and efficient.
