The invention discloses a road section congestion judgment method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the driving time sequence data through the T-BOX of the vehicle; identifying a user scene of the vehicle in driving according to the driving time sequence data; and determining at least one congested driving behavior of the vehicle based on the user scenario, and determining at least one congested road section from each congested driving behavior. Therefore, the technical problems that an additional API interface is needed and the cost is high when map navigation is called for road condition analysis in the related technology, and the pressure of a communication channel is large and the road section congestion judgment requirement cannot be effectively met due to real-time data uploading are solved.
