The mine anti-explosion rescue robot comprises a vertical plate, a crawler-type rescue robot body and a crawler-type chassis, the vertical plate is arranged on the rear wall of the crawler-type rescue robot body, the crawler-type chassis is arranged at the bottom end of the crawler-type rescue robot body, and a plurality of damping connecting frames are arranged on the two sides of the crawler-type chassis; a damping connecting frame is arranged at the front end of the crawler-type rescue robot body, rollers are arranged at the bottom end of the damping connecting frame, square frames are arranged on the two sides of the front end of the crawler-type rescue robot body, tensioning mechanisms used for adjusting and fixing the tensioning degree of a crawler belt are arranged in the square frames, U-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of each square frame, and front driving shafts penetrating through the U-shaped grooves are arranged in the square frames. A front driving wheel is arranged on the outer wall of the front driving shaft through a copper pipe; according to the structure, an original optical fiber or cable transmission signal is replaced by the relay release mechanism, so that the communication range and maneuvering performance are improved, the size of robot communication equipment is reduced, and the carrying space of the anti-explosion rescue robot is expanded.

    本发明公开了一种矿井防爆救援机器人,包括竖板、履带式救援机器人本体和履带式底盘,所述履带式救援机器人本体的后壁设置有竖板,所述履带式救援机器人本体的底端设置有履带式底盘,且履带式底盘的两侧多个减震连接架,所述减震连接架的底端设置有滚轮,所述履带式救援机器人本体前端的两侧设置有方形框体,且方形框体内部设置有用于调整固定履带张紧度的张紧机构,所述方形框体的两侧开设有U形槽,所述方形框体内部设置有贯穿U形槽的前驱轴,且前驱轴的外壁通过铜管设置有前驱轮;该结构通过中继释放机构代替原本光纤或电缆传输信号,从而提高通讯范围和机动性能,减少机器人通讯设备体积,扩展了防爆救援机器人载物空间。
