The invention relates to a wheel slip rate control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of identifying a road surface type in front of a vehicle; determining a target slip rate corresponding to the pavement type of the road in front of the vehicle; and in response to inconsistency between the current slip rate and the target slip rate, controlling the slip rate to be gradually adjusted to the target slip rate according to the target step length. In this way, the current slip rate can better adapt to the road surface condition, the control effect of a vehicle power system is improved, the braking distance is reduced, tire abrasion is reduced, and meanwhile the vehicle running safety can be improved. The slip rate is gradually adjusted according to the target step length, it can be ensured that the vehicle can keep running stability in the slip rate adjusting process, and the riding experience feeling of people in the vehicle is improved.
