The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a power battery thermal runaway detection control method and device, a terminal and a storage medium. Comprising the following steps: 1, converting a detected gas volume fraction into an electric signal and sending the electric signal to a BMS; 2, electrifying the whole vehicle; 3, the BMS completes self-inspection work and starts work after the state is confirmed; 4, after the BMS detects that the temperature rise rate is larger than or equal to the first threshold value and lasts for a period of time, thermal runaway detection is started; 5, judging whether the temperature of the single battery exceeds a second threshold value or not and waiting for at least a period of time; detecting whether the voltage drop of the single voltage exceeds 20% of an initial condition; whether the gas sensor detects a combustible gas component is determined; 6, judging whether a thermal runaway event occurs or not; and 7, when it is judged that the thermal runaway event occurs, the BMS gives an instruction according to the state of the vehicle. The method is easy to implement, the probability of thermal runaway events caused by false alarm, missing alarm and failure of BMS signals is reduced, and the thermal runaway alarm accuracy of the power battery is improved.

    本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体的说是一种动力电池热失控检测控制方法、装置、终端及存储介质。包括:一、把检测到的气体体积分数转换成电信号发送给BMS;二、整车上电;三、BMS完成自检工作,确认状态后开启工作;四、当BMS检测到温度上升速率大于等于第一阈值并持续一端时间后,开始进入热失控检测;五、判断单体电池温度是否超过第二阈值并至少持续等一段时间;检测单体电压压降是否超过初始条件的20%;气体传感器是否检测到可燃性气体成分;六、判断是否发生热失控事件;七、当判定热失控事件发生后,BMS根据车辆的状态进行指令。本发明实现简单,降低因BMS信号误报、漏报及失效引起的热失控事件概率,提高动力电池热失控报警准确性。
