A transmission mechanism for adjusting the orientation of the solar panel according to the siphon principle is arranged in the top cover, a sliding mechanism capable of facilitating overall movement of the director is arranged in the base, due to the arrangement of an inclined plate, a sliding frame slides upwards in a supporting rod, and a gear on the inner wall of the supporting rod is rotationally embedded with a tooth piece, so that the sliding frame can be prevented from falling downwards; when the sliding frame moves upwards, the push rod is driven to move upwards, then the push rod pushes one side of the roll shaft to swing, the swing angle of the roll shaft is larger than 90 degrees, the roll shaft can drive the overall orientation of the solar panel to be adjusted, and the transmission mechanism can automatically adjust the orientation of the solar panel according to the rainwater and siphon principle.

    本发明提供一种基于移动群智感知的交通指挥装置,包括指挥器,指挥器的上端安装有顶盖,顶盖的上端摆动有太阳能板,指挥器的外侧旋转有摄像头,指挥器的下端安装有底座,底座的上端安装有控制箱,顶盖的内部设有利用虹吸原理调节太阳能板朝向的传动机构,且底座的内部设有可方便指挥器整体移动的滑动机构,由于斜板的设置,滑动架于支撑杆的内部向上滑动,利用支撑杆内壁的齿轮与齿片旋转嵌合,能够避免滑动架向下掉落,滑动架向上时带动推杆向上,进而推杆推动辊轴的一侧进行摆动,辊轴摆动角度大于90°,辊轴能够带动太阳能板整体朝向进行调节,使得传动机构能够利用雨水和虹吸原理,自动调节太阳能板朝向。
