The invention discloses a smart city traffic management system and method based on crowd sensing. A road model construction module constructs a three-dimensional model of a city road through a GIS technology; and a road congestion condition prediction module predicts the vehicle congestion condition of the road through the collected sensor data and the moving direction of corresponding navigation equipment, constructs a normalized data set, and eliminates the false congestion condition. According to the method, the vehicle congestion condition on the road can be judged according to the number of the navigation devices corresponding to the positions of all the sections of the road, analysis can be carried out in combination with historical data, normalization processing is carried out through the moving direction of the vehicle and the difference condition between the collected data, the false congestion condition is further recognized, and the road congestion condition is calibrated, so that the calibration result is closer to the actual condition, and accurate and effective management of urban roads is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种基于群智感知的智慧城市交通管理系统及方法,所述道路模型构建模块通过GIS技术构建城市道路的三维模型;所述道路拥挤情况预测模块通过采集的传感器数据及对应导航设备的移动方向,预测道路的车辆拥挤情况,并构建归一化数据集合,排除虚假拥挤的情况。本发明不仅能够根据道路各区段位置对应的导航设备的个数判断道路上的车辆拥挤情况,还能够结合历史数据进行分析,通过车辆的移动方向及采集数据相互之间的差异情况进行归一化处理,进一步识别出虚假拥挤的情况,实现对道路拥挤情况的校准,进而使得校准结果更加贴近实际情况,进而便于实现对城市道路的精准有效管理。
