The cost is reduced, and the production period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种基于船坞进水流量的船舶重量计算方法,包括准备下端封闭的腔体,该腔体内形成有容腔,容腔通过进液通道与液体源连通,进液通道上设置有流量计和阀门,船舶置于容腔中;获取液体源的密度,计算容腔的底面积;打开阀门,将液体源中的液体送入容腔内;船舶漂浮后,关闭阀门,根据流量计记录进液总体积;获取容腔内的吃水高度;根据底面积、液面高度以及进液总体积计算得到船舶重量;本发明的基于船坞进水流量的船舶重量计算方法生产能够精确、并快速地计算新船下水时的重量,不需要利用外板的线型,消除了传统船舶重量测量对外板制造精度的严重依赖,消除了外板制造精度误差对船舶重量测量的影响,降低了成本,节约了生产周期。
