The invention provides a dual-motor two-gear electric drive system suitable for a pure electric vehicle and a control method of the dual-motor two-gear electric drive system. The motors are located on the two sides, the speed reducer is located in the middle, and the structure is compact; the arrangement space is fully considered, the motor is front-suspended, battery space arrangement is facilitated, and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle is increased. A rotor shaft of the main driving motor is in rigid connection with the first-gear/second-gear driving gear, and a rotor shaft of the auxiliary driving motor is connected with the first-gear/second-gear driving gear through a clutch. Double-intermediate-shaft arrangement is adopted, a second-gear driven gear, a second-gear clutch and a second-gear main reduction driving gear form a first intermediate shaft, a first-gear main reduction driving gear is in rigid connection with a shaft, a first-gear driven gear, a first-gear clutch and a first-gear main reduction driving gear form a second intermediate shaft, and gear shifting without power interruption can be achieved. The double motors are arranged, through strategy control, when the double motors or the main motor works singly and the auxiliary motor does not work, power full decoupling can be achieved, and the power performance and economical efficiency of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明提供一种适用于纯电动汽车的双电机两挡电驱系统及其控制方法。本发明适用于纯电动汽车前驱布置,电机位于两侧,减速器位于中间,结构紧凑;充分考虑布置空间,电机前悬,有利于电池空间布置,提高整车续航里程。主驱动电机的转子轴与一挡/二挡主动齿轮刚性连接,副驱动电机的转子轴通过离合器与一挡/二挡主动齿轮连接。采用双中间轴布置,二挡从动齿轮、二挡离合器和二挡主减主动齿轮构成第一中间轴,一挡主减主动齿轮与轴刚性连接,一挡从动齿轮、一挡离合器和一挡主减主动齿轮构成第二中间轴,可实现无动力中断换挡。双电机布置,通过策略控制,可实现双电机或者主电机单一工作,副电机不工作时,动力全解耦,提升整车动力性和经济性。
