The invention discloses a dual-motor two-gear electric drive axle which comprises two drive motors, an input shaft, a gear-shifting speed reduction mechanism, a transmission shaft, a transmission mechanism, a differential mechanism and two output half shafts, the output ends of the two drive motors are connected to the two ends of the input shaft, and the input end of the gear-shifting speed reduction mechanism is connected with the input shaft; the output end of the the gear-shifting speed reduction mechanism is connected with the input end of the transmission mechanism through a transmission shaft, the output end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the input end of the differential mechanism, and the two output half shafts are connected to the output end of the differential mechanism. Through the gear-shifting speed reduction mechanism, high-gear and low-gear switching of the electric drive axle can be achieved, meanwhile, the two drive motors are arranged on the two sides of the input shaft in parallel, the original bevel gear structure of the drive axle is simplified, the distance between the two output half shafts of the electric drive axle is shortened, the size of the electric drive axle can be effectively reduced, the requirement for the axial arrangement space of the electric drive axle can be effectively reduced, and overall arrangement of the electric drive axle on an independent suspension vehicle is more convenient.

    本发明公开了一种双电机两档电驱动桥,包括两个驱动电机、输入轴、换挡减速机构、传动轴、传动机构、差速器和两个输出半轴,两个驱动电机输出端连接于输入轴的两端,换挡减速机构的输入端与输入轴连接,且其输出端通过传动轴与传动机构的输入端连接,传动机构输出端与所述差速器的输入端连接,两个输出半轴连接于差速器的输出端。本发明通过换挡减速机构,可以实现电驱动桥的高低档切换,同时通过将两个驱动电机平行设置于输入轴两侧,简化了驱动桥原有的锥齿轮结构,使得电驱动桥的两个输出半轴之间的距离缩短,可以有效减小电驱动桥的体积以及电驱动桥的轴向布置空间需求,使得电驱动桥在独立悬挂的车辆上的总体布置更加方便。
