The invention discloses a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle body structure which comprises a fuselage, the fuselage comprises a fuselage frame, fuselage beams, fuselage skin and nose skin, wings are installed on the two sides of the fuselage, each wing comprises a wing front beam, a wing rear beam, a wing rib and a wing skin, empennages are installed on the two sides of the fuselage, the empennage comprises an empennage beam, an empennage rib and an empennage skin; the fuselage frame, the wing front beam, the wing rear beam and the empennage beam are made of aluminum alloy, the fuselage beam, the fuselage skin and the wing skin are formed by hot pressing of carbon fiber fabric prepreg through an autoclave, and the wing ribs and the empennage ribs are prepared by compression molding of carbon fiber fabric prepreg. And the nose skin and the empennage skin are prepared from glass fiber fabric prepreg through compression molding. A large number of composite materials are used in the unmanned aerial vehicle body structure, the structural strength of the unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed, the structural weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and the flight speed and maneuverability of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种固定翼无人机机体结构,包括机身,所述机身包括机身框、机身梁、机身蒙皮、机头蒙皮,所述机身的两侧安装机翼,所述机翼包括机翼前梁、机翼后梁、机翼肋、机翼蒙皮,所述机身的两侧安装尾翼,所述尾翼包括尾翼梁、尾翼肋、尾翼蒙皮;所述机身框、所述机翼前梁、所述机翼后梁和所述尾翼梁由铝合金加工而成,所述机身梁、所述机身蒙皮和所述机翼蒙皮通过碳纤维织物预浸料经热压罐热压成型,所述机翼肋、所述尾翼肋由碳纤维织物预浸料经模压成型制备而成,所述机头蒙皮、所述尾翼蒙皮由玻璃纤维织物预浸料经模压成型制备而成。本发明在无人机机体结构中大量使用复合材料,在保证无人机结构强度同时,减轻了无人机结构重量,提高了无人机飞行速度与机动性。
