The invention discloses a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle body structure. The structure comprises a fuselage, wherein the fuselage comprises a fuselage frame, a fuselage beam, a fuselage skin and a nose skin; wings are installed on the two sides of the fuselage, wherein each wing comprises a wing front beam, a wing rear beam, a wing rib and a wing skin; empennages are installed on the two sides of the fuselage, wherein each empennage comprises an empennage beam, an empennage rib and an empennage skin; the fuselage frame, the wing front beam, the wing rear beam and the empennage beam are made of aluminum alloy; the fuselage beam, the fuselage skin and the wing skin are formed from carbon fiber fabric prepreg through autoclave hot pressing; the wing rib and the empennage rib are prepared from carbon fiber fabric prepreg through compression molding; the nose skin and the empennage skin are prepared from glass fiber fabric prepreg through compression molding. According to the invention, a large number of composite materials are used in the unmanned aerial vehicle body structure, so that the structural strength of the unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed, the structural weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and the flight speed and maneuverability of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种固定翼无人机机体结构,包括机身,机身包括机身框、机身梁、机身蒙皮、机头蒙皮,机身的两侧安装机翼,机翼包括机翼前梁、机翼后梁、机翼肋、机翼蒙皮,机身的两侧安装尾翼,尾翼包括尾翼梁、尾翼肋、尾翼蒙皮;机身框、机翼前梁、机翼后梁和尾翼梁由铝合金加工而成,机身梁、所述机身蒙皮和机翼蒙皮通过碳纤维织物预浸料经热压罐热压成型,机翼肋、尾翼肋由碳纤维织物预浸料经模压成型制备而成,机头蒙皮、尾翼蒙皮由玻璃纤维织物预浸料经模压成型制备而成。本发明在无人机机体结构中大量使用复合材料,在保证无人机结构强度同时,减轻了无人机结构重量,提高了无人机飞行速度与机动性。
