The traveling mechanism has the advantages that the front carriage and the rear carriage can be prevented from interfering with the power driving mechanism, and the traveling mechanism is suitable for traveling a box beam monorail; the front-section carriage and the rear-section carriage can be conveniently and independently parked; future overhaul and maintenance of the driving mechanism are facilitated; the bogie is relatively simple in structure and is provided with the mounting structures which are consistent in front and back and are used for mounting the front-section carriage and the rear-section carriage, and compared with existing hinged bogies of different mounting structures which need different tools and production lines during production, the bogie is relatively simple to produce.
本发明公开了一种用于游览车的齿啮合单轨铰接转向架的设计方法,是将安装前车车厢的前支撑机构和前牵引机构与安装后车车厢的后支撑机构和后牵引机构分别设置在单轨铰接转向架两端,使前节车厢和后节车厢能够各自落车安装,并使落车安装后的前节车厢后端与后节车厢前端之间具有间隔空间。优点在于:能够避免前节车厢和后节车厢对动力驱动机构形成干涉,适合于走行箱型梁单轨;便于前节车厢和后节车厢单独落车;有利于日后驱动机构检修维护;转向架结构相对简单,其具有前后一致的安装前节车厢和后节车厢的安装结构,相对于现有不同安装结构的铰接转向架在生产时需要不同的工装和生产线,本发明的转向架的生产就相对简单。
