The invention discloses a chassis connecting structure suitable for a straddle type monorail vehicle hinged bogie, which is used for connecting the hinged bogie and a chassis and transmitting longitudinal traction force, and comprises a small longitudinal beam assembly, a large longitudinal beam assembly, a cross beam assembly and a hinged mounting beam, the cross beam assembly is connected to the rear ends of the small longitudinal beam and the large longitudinal beam in a crossing mode, the hinged installation beam is connected to the front ends of the small longitudinal beam assembly and the large longitudinal beam in a crossing mode, the hinged installation beam is fixedly connected with the hinged bogie, and bending moment force of the hinged bogie is smoothly transited to a chassis floor through the small longitudinal beam assembly and the large longitudinal beam assembly. According to the structure, the advantages of castings and carbon steel parts are reasonably utilized, so that the overall structure is simpler, the bearing capacity is higher, the light weight is better, modular production is easy to achieve, welding deformation is small, and the structure size is easy to control; the space of the vehicle end is fully utilized, so that the built-in wheel bin is smaller and closer to the through passage, and the effective utilization area in a passenger room is increased; in addition, the hinge point of the hinge bogie is fixedly connected with a vehicle body.

    本发明公开了适用于跨座式单轨车辆铰接转向架的底架连接结构,用于连接铰接转向架和底架并传递纵向牵引力,包括小纵梁组成、大纵梁组成、横梁组成和铰接安装梁;横梁组成横跨连接于小纵梁和大纵梁的后端,铰接安装梁横跨连接于小纵梁组成和大纵梁的前端,铰接安装梁与铰接转向架固定连接,铰接转向架的弯矩力分别通过小纵梁组成和大纵梁组成平滑过渡到底架地板。本结构合理利用铸件和碳钢件的优势,使得整体结构更简洁、承载能力更强、轻量化更优,易于实现模块化生产,焊接变形小,结构尺寸易于控制;且充分利用车端空间,使得内装轮仓更小及更靠近贯通道,增大客室内有效利用面积;并且,实现了铰接转向架铰接点和车体的固连。
