The invention discloses a collision avoidance system for driving a vehicle. The collision avoidance system comprises an acquisition module, a determination module, a comparison module and a control module, the acquisition module is used for shooting the surrounding environment of the driving vehicle and acquiring the characteristics of the driving vehicle; the determining module is used for establishing an anti-collision protection ring by taking the driving vehicle as a center, and the anti-collision protection ring comprises a first safety ring and a second safety ring; the comparison module is used for comparing the actual operation time m of the driver with preset operation response time T1 and T2 of the driver and judging whether the operation delay of the driver occurs or not; the control module is used for receiving data of the comparison module, sending signals to an automobile manager through the server, forcibly controlling braking and forcibly correcting a steering wheel. According to the system and the method, not only can rear-end collision of front and rear automobiles be avoided, but also the problem of collision of the automobiles on the two sides can be avoided; and the safety coefficient of the vehicle in the driving process is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种驾驶车辆的避碰系统,包括获取模块、确定模块、比对模块和控制模块;获取模块,对驾驶车辆周围的环境进行拍摄,并获取驾驶车辆的特征;确定模块,以驾驶车辆为中心,建立避碰防护圈,该避碰防护圈包括第一安全圈和第二安全圈;比对模块,将驾驶员实际操作时间m与预设驾驶员反应操作的时间T1和T2进行比较,判断是否出现驾驶员操作延迟;控制模块,用于接收比对模块的数据,并通过服务器将信号发送给汽车管理器,对刹车进行强制控制,对方向盘进行强制纠正,本发明不仅可以避免前后车辆发生碰撞追尾,还可以避免两侧车辆发生碰撞的问题,大大提高车辆在行驶过程中安全系数。
