The interface CN1 and the interface CN2 are both electrically connected with the infrared communication controller, the detection device is connected with the vehicle control unit, the infrared communication controller is connected with the vehicle control unit through a CAN2.0 communication protocol, when the detection device detects a hydrogenation signal, the vehicle control unit receives the signal, the infrared communication controller is powered on to work, and the vehicle control unit controls the infrared communication controller to work. And the infrared communication controller obtains filling information in the vehicle control unit. The infrared communication module has an awakening function, the infrared communication module is powered on to work only in a hydrogenation state, the infrared communication module does not work in a power-off state when not in the hydrogenation state, and the structure is simple.

    本发明为一种加氢用红外通讯模块,包括壳体,壳体的一侧设置有接口CN1与接口CN2,其中接口CN1电连接有检测装置,检测装置靠近燃料汽车的加氢口处设置用于检测加氢信号,接口CN2连接电源,壳体内还设置有红外通讯控制器,接口CN1与接口CN2均与红外通讯控制器电连接,检测装置与整车控制器连接,红外通讯控制器与整车控制器之间通过CAN2.0通讯协议连接,当检测装置检测到加氢信号时,整车控制器接收到该信号后,使红外通讯控制器得电工作,红外通讯控制器获取整车控制器中的加注信息。本发明所采用的红外通讯模块具有唤醒功能,只有在加氢状态下红外通讯模块得电工作,不处于加氢的状态下不进行工作处于断电状态,且结构简单。
