A concave reinforcing rib is arranged at the neck position to increase the rigidity of an upper control arm mounting point, and the section wall thickness in the Y direction is larger than or equal to the section wall thickness in the X direction; the bearing mounting surface is provided with the groove, so that the contact area with the bearing is reduced, and the friction abnormal sound caused by the deformation difference after the steel bearing and the aluminum steering knuckle are stressed is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于双横臂悬架形式的空心铸铝转向节,包括:转向节本体上开设有用以使转向节本体与轮毂轴承相配合的贯通孔,贯通孔周向开设有轴承螺纹孔,轮毂轴承通过各轴承螺纹孔将转向节本体安装于汽车轮毂;转向节本体的脖颈位置设置有空心腔,空心腔的四周具有腔壁,腔壁上开设有轻量化孔,轻量化孔用于砂芯定位以及排沙,以实现进一步轻量化的目的,通过对开排沙孔以实现制动盘的通风散热;其脖颈位置有凹陷加强筋增加上控制臂安装点的刚度并且沿着Y向的截面壁厚大于等于沿着X向截面壁厚;其轴承安装面设有凹槽减少与轴承的接触面积以规避由于钢轴承与铝转向节之间受力后变形量差异导致的摩擦异响。
