The invention relates to a thermal runaway processing method and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps of obtaining battery information of a to-be-processed battery, and obtaining a first judgment condition and a second judgment condition which are set for the to-be-processed battery in advance; the first judgment condition is used for judging whether the to-be-processed battery is in a thermal runaway risk state or not, the second judgment condition is used for judging whether the to-be-processed battery is in a thermal runaway state or not, and the first judgment condition comprises the second judgment condition; when the battery information meets a first judgment condition but does not meet a second judgment condition, performing first thermal runaway treatment on the to-be-treated battery; when the battery information meets a second judgment condition, performing second thermal runaway treatment on the to-be-treated battery; the cooling speed of the first thermal runaway treatment is higher than that of the second thermal runaway treatment. By adopting the method, the thermal runaway treatment of the battery can be more intelligently carried out.
